Frances James RMT is a graduate of Sutherland Chan School and Teaching Clinic, and has been in practice since 2011. She specializes in therapeutic massage with the intention of relieving stress and recovery from injury. Frances also believes in educating clients in self care to progressively reach a point of living without pain. Using a personalized treatment plan, Frances will work with you to regain or maintain your active lifestyle.
